IN 1/7/2013 included three sessions of fresh raw oysters paired with fantastic sparkling wines

Held in the contemporary main room at the four-star, award-winning Seabar and hosted by Chef Mike Andrzejewski and Feed Your Soul’s Christa Glennie Seychew, IN is an industry night like no other. Free and open to the general public, but ideally focused on creating a fun opportunity to eat, drink, and hang with restaurant people, IN will feature free tastings, special guest appearances, and friendly competitions.

IN takes place on Monday nights, twice a month. Past IN events include cocktails from Buffalo’s best mixologists, olive and olive oil tasting, a hot sauce contest, scotch tasting, and more!
